The Super Duper Tutu, Cape and Mask Sets are amazing 3 piece super sets ! These designs could be superhero or rock star outfits! The belts are fabric wrapped for a beautiful finish and comfort (no stripes here). The emblems on the back of the capes are embroidered on the edges for a beautiful finish. The copper and teal cape has a large sparkly star on the back of the cape, which is lined for a complete elegant finish. There are star and lightning bolt accents on the skirts with a small round piece of felt on the back to hold them securely to the tulle. The skirts have a peplum and two layers of tulle with a fantastic layer of crinkled metallic lining. The masks are double sided and have a lightning bolt feature to match the set perfectly.
